What we do
You carry on running the clinic. We look after everything that arrives by message.
The reply goes out with your real prices and the slots you genuinely have free, then takes the booking. Nobody on your team needs to be awake for any of it.
Patients get a reminder they can actually reply to. When somebody does cancel, the slot goes straight to the next person on your waiting list, so that hour still earns.
We check in after a treatment. Patients who are pleased get pointed straight at your Google page. Anyone who is not reaches your manager privately, which is a far better place for it than a public review.
Google reviews
Most clinics have thousands of delighted patients and a few dozen reviews. The treatment is never the problem. Asking is, because by the time the room is cleared and the next patient is in, nobody remembers. We ask every time, two days after the appointment.
Your clinic
Two days after the appointment
Hello, how was your treatment on Thursday?
Really good, very happy with it
That is lovely to hear. Would you mind saying so on Google? It takes about thirty seconds.
Review your clinic on Google Opens straight to the review boxIf they are happy
The link opens the review box already pointed at your clinic. No searching, no app to install, no hunting for your listing. That removed friction is the whole difference between a patient meaning to leave a review and actually leaving one.
If they are not
The conversation routes privately to your clinic manager with the patient and what went wrong. You get the chance to fix it and call them back. You hear about it before Google does.
Every completed appointment triggers the check-in. It does not depend on anyone at the front desk remembering.
The link opens your Google review box directly. Most reviews are lost at exactly this step, not at the asking.
Anyone unhappy goes to your clinic manager rather than your public page, with time to put it right.
The follow-up arrives in whichever language the patient used with you, so replying feels natural.
Your numbers
Set the three sliders to match your clinic. Nothing is sent to us. This one is yours to look at.
A fair estimate of what you are losing
AED 0
every month, from enquiries that arrive after hours and go cold
Have us check this properlyWe assume roughly 6 in 10 enquiries land outside clinic hours. A patient left waiting until the next morning is about half as likely to book, because most people message several clinics at once. We then apply a conservative 12% booking rate to whatever is left. These are industry averages rather than a promise. The figure is here to show you the scale of the gap, not to predict your exact month.
Getting started
You walk us through how enquiries reach you today and what your treatments cost. That is genuinely all we need to start.
We set it all up and write the replies in your clinic's voice, in both English and Arabic. Nothing goes live until you have read them and said yes.
Within 72 hours every enquiry gets a reply in under a minute. Your phone number stays the same, your booking system stays the same, and your team carries on as before.

Questions
It is the official route. Your clinic goes onto the WhatsApp Business Platform through Meta's own approval process, under your clinic name, with the verified green tick where you qualify. There is no workaround involved, so your number cannot be blocked for using it.
Yes. A patient who writes in Arabic gets an Arabic reply. If they switch to English halfway through, the reply switches with them. You read and approve all of the wording first.
Usually 72 hours from our first call. Meta's verification is the one part we do not control, and that normally takes one to three days.
No. You keep your number and whatever you book with today. We sit alongside what you already use, your team sees every conversation, and anyone can take over a chat whenever they want to.
Only your clinic. We sign an NDA before any work starts. We do not sell or share data, and we hold nothing beyond what is needed to answer the enquiry and make the booking.
Give us 30 days' notice and we stop. There is no long contract and no exit fee. Your WhatsApp number and your conversation history remain yours.
We will look at how enquiries reach your clinic today and show you where they are being lost. There is no charge, and no obligation to buy anything afterwards.
